One nice thing about this new body was that she never needed to sleep- and that meant fun, dawn to dusk to dawn, forever and ever, drawing in those that held her many and varied interests for her siblings and Mother. Those with money, power or contacts, or even to accomplish a vendetta or bring a traitor in line, she saw to it all. The only sad thing was that they all fell down before she got to have any real fun with them.
Refusing to pout she again looked through the racks of clothing that were the keys to her 'characters'; the sweet girl, worldly one, jaded vixen, waif-child, despondent runaway and at least a ten more hung for her use as needed- and as her kine needed. Kine, that was an interesting word- like 'kin' but not bonded by blood. She knew that it meant important things though and she was very good at listening to what was required. It was the director's responsibility to figure out the role, her own to play it. It really simplified things if you thought about it.
Seeing that everything was in order she closed the closet and walked out of the small greenroom, closing that door behind her so Greed wouldn't be cranky, and sat down at the bar. It wasn't quite opening time yet but sometimes the other Sins came by to pass the time and there was one in particular she wanted very much to meet. Word was that Envy could change his body as she could her nature- and he was a good actor as well! Perfect! Perhaps they could play together. It would be a lovely scene indeed.

He hated it. Oh how he hated it. The eldest Homunculus's ability to shapeshift was helpful and rather fun to use, sure, but being forced to use it... that's an entirely different story. Because his green-haired normal form was know so well to the populace, Envy was forced to don a disguise everytime he left the mansion. At least, that is, until he reached a haven like the Seven Deadly Sins bar. He yearned for the day that he would not have to hide any longer... nearly as badly as he wanted the Elrics dead by his hand. Nearly.
So here Envy was, walking towards the bar in the early morning. Instead of his long, forest green hair - that some likened to a palm tree - he had a shortly cropped dirty blonde. Envy's dark violet eyes were now of a light brownish hue. He wore a brown jacket with a grey vest and a long-sleeved white undershirt with greyish brown pants. His skin was fair, yet not pale, and he looked quite a bit more clean cut and straight compared to usual. If you want to blend in, always appear the nice guy.
His eyes scanned over the crowds hurrying towards their jobs. He always found it rather humorous, how they scurried about, going onwith their lives, completely oblivious to the world around them. If he killed the one in the blue coat, would that woman in red care? If Envy killed everyone around him, would those in another city even glance at it in the papers? No, of course not. Humans were like insects, running about mindlessly. It digusted and fascinated Envy all at once.
After a moment of musing, the eldest of the Homunculi reached the Seven Deadly Sins. Greed ran it... what an odd one. Dressing up Dante the way he did... Frankly, how did she stand it? It did serve Envy with a good few laughs, however... though it didn't help when Greed tried to get Envy to shapeshift and dress up.
The inside of the bar was nearly bare, save for one of his 'sisters'. She sat not that far from him... what was her name? Ah yes, the new Lust. It amused Envy how strikingly different the present and past Lusts were. He strode over to her and took a seat. He put both elbows on the table and interlaced his hands, laying his chin on top of them. Envy looked sideways at Lust with his then brownish eyes, half-closed and a smirk upon his lips.
"Why hello there, beautiful, Lust."

There was the sound of footsteps across the bar and someone sat down near her- an unfamiliar human, perhaps an admiring fan or a customer who'd seen her the night before? Oh, but there was more to this one, and her instincts and senses burned with it in a delightful way, almost as though a smell and sense of hidden strength came to her. Not that he looked physically weak- just that there was more underneath it. Here was a mysterious stranger, straight from a script- that meant she needed to be just a little mysterious herself, to match the story.
"Thank you- most people here call me Tallulah though," she replied in a pleasant tone, cocking her head sideways to meet the man's gaze more fully with her chocolate-brown eyes, winding a finger around a coil of her cherry-red hair. "Hello to you as well, sir." He called her Lust, an obvious reference to her name within this 'Family'- but he didn't look like any of the others she'd heard about. Of her brothers, only Pride had golden hair and this didn't seem like him, especially since Gluttony wasn't dogging his heels. Could this be...?
Leaning a bit closer she let her eyes glow a bit and took him in, not so near him as to make him uncomfortable or draw unneeded attention- but she wanted to get every detail that could feasibly give him away. "Are you my eldest 'brother'?" she asked in a hushed tone of wonder, a wider smile crossing her face as she raised a hand and ran it through his short, dark blonde hair- so soft, not like a wig at all. He would be a fun companion! Well, if it was him; if not she'd probably just have another fan to buy her drinks and give her pretty gifts. Either way it worked out perfectly.
