~General Appearance; Because the new Wrath was created from the late Brigadier-General Maes Hughes, he took on his appearance. He has an affinity for wearing Hughes's military uniform as opposed to normal Homunculus attire. He also still wears the scars from the Brigadier-General's fight with Envy and the old Lust. His Ouroboros tattoo strangely formed around the bullet hole where Envy shot him. He has an average height and build and has a neatly trimmed beard. His hair is medium length, slicked back (he uses special products), and has an antenna-hair coming out of his bangs. He wears a pair of rectangular, silver glasses. His face is long and rectangular and he has a long nose. He normally is grinning with his eyebrows slanted down evilly.

~Overall Personality; Wrath likes o be having fun all the time. His idea of fun is usually ether annoying the other sins or killing humans. He can act very childish sometimes, but can also be quite serious if he needs to be. He has a very short fuse and will sometimes just explode with anger and go on rampages. He hates Envy, even though he doesn't know why himself. He can be very nice to all of Dante's other sins, though, and he especially likes pride, though he doesn't know why about that ether. He is determined to help Dante succeed, much like his other was determined to help Mustang. He likes to show off his military uniform and collection of knives to the other sins much like Hughes would show off his wife and daughter. He also, for some unexplained reason, really likes killing Alchemists more than normal humans, perhaps its because they put up more of a fight, or maybe because he used to be friends with a lot of alchemists. Wrath also can't read and hates books. He also doesn't like puppies (he's more of a cat person).

~Full History; Wrath began as Envy's and Dante's idea to create a Homunculus who was a good friend to many of their enemy's who wouldn't be able to fight him. Envy decided that Maes Hughes would be the best choice, and Dante agreed. They kidnapped a pair a small children who were Hughes's nephews and sacrificed them for the transmutation. It was a success and a new homunculus was born. Dante also sent out Envy to retrieve the remains for safekeeping, and also had him spread rumors in central about "teenage grave-robbers' being sighted that day to alleviate suspicion.

The new Homunculus was given the name Wrath. He quickly befriended most of the other sins and grew completely loyal to Dante. He worked on training with his powers and fighting abilities he almost went on several rampages, but was always stopped by Dante.

His days were mostly spent longing about annoying Gluttony and Envy and occasionally the other sins. Dante wanted to keep them on a low profile so she didn't let him do anything fun. Occasionally he would go on walks in central, sometimes he would sneak in a murder, but he was careful to frame someone else perfectly, so one one suspected Dante was still around. Occasionally some spunky Alchemist would figure out what he was and he would have to kill him, and that was always fun. But mostly his days were boring.

At one point he went on a mission deep in the heart of the Northern branch of the military. He snuck in, not killing the guards as per Dante's orders, just knocking them out. Then he killed an investigations officer that had got wind that Dante was still alive. He left a note on the body (against Dante's wishes) that said "I'm coming for you, Mustang" (he kidnapped one of the guards and had him wright the notes). Dante got REALLY mad at him after that.


~Other Miscellaneous Stuff~

~Roleplay Sample;
"So this State Alchemist really thinks he could beat me?" Wrath thought to himself, "What a joke." He hadn't even heard of this guy before, apparently he was called "The Thousand-Hand Alchemist". He had Transmutation circles on each finger, palm, and knuckle. He looked like he was somewhere between 18 and 22, a bit young to die, but that was the choice he made when he came here to fight Wrath. They were in a large cave just outside of central, from the look of all the indents and cracks, this was where the boy trained. Wrath had seen much better though, I mean cummon, the wasn't even a giant crater anywhere!

The alchemist curled his hand into a fist and punched at the air, instantly a giant fist came out of the earth and flew at the Homunculus. "Oh you have got to be kidding me!" Wrath exclaimed, this guy was just too easy! He put his had out and shot a blood spear that destroyed the stone fist and went and impaled the boy's chest. He started screaming in pain. "Already?" Wrath thought as he broke the spear off from his hand, healed, and walked over to the kid. He took one of his knives out and showed it to the boy, "Do you like it, you know I spend hours everyday just shining this thing, isn't it just the coolest thing!?!" Then he slit his throat.

~Anything Else;[/font] His ability is to harden his blood into weapons and shields then regenerate the blood he used

First off I personally would like a little bit more in description.

A little more in personality as well.

Im sorry admins agreed no humoncs made out of their remains. His remains are left in his grave.

I would like more in history, if you have to you can make him older.

I forgot to mention earlier the power. How does it work, teleportation is a very unlikely power. You have to change it. Sorry.

I don't like the history, It is not likely. First off Dante would not allow a rampage. Second she would not allow you to kill the higher ups. They are her pawns.
