Resembool Resembool is a small town in the southeastern region of Amestris. This town is described as being isolated and is said to chiefly export wool to the military. Resembool is also the home town of the Elrics and the Rockbells.

Central City - 1 ViewingCentral City is a city that sits in the center of Amestris. This is a very highly populated city with many different people with in it. This city is known as the seat of government. This is where the president resides as well as may different types of military personal. The National Library can be found here as well as Central Headquarters.

East City - 1 ViewingEast City is in the eastern region of Amestris. This city serves as a large military base for the most part. This is where General Mustang does most of his business well not at Central.

Lior Lior is a desert city with very little economic strength. Even so, this city based most of it's ability to thrive on religion and belief that things well always go well if they believe in their god. Though their city was destroyed, their city now stands strong thanks to the help of the state military and their new church ran by one of their own, Abel.

New Optain New Optain is another city with a very strong military base. This city is also in the eastern region of Amestris and is thought to be closely connected to Central Command.

Yous Well Yous Well is a coal mine on the eastern region of Amestris near the desert. There are many places for tourists to buy stuff and plenty of inns to stay at.

Rush Valley Rush Vally is in the southern region of Amestris a little north of Dublish. This city is well known for it's Automail expertise and is known as the center of Automail production. This city is also known as "The Boomtown of the Broken-Down".

Dublith Dublish is another southern region in Amestris that boasts of high temperatures. This was ones the home town of the now dead Izumi Curtis and it's main tourist attraction is Kauroy Lake.

Ishbal - 1 ViewingIshbal is in the southern region on Amestris on the border of the eastern desert. Ishbalian land is very harsh and filled with bad memories for the Ishbalian people. The Xerxes ruins are within Ishbal.

Briggs Briggs Military Base is in the northern part of Amestris with Drachma at to it's north. The temperature here is always very low and blizzards are frequent here.

Pendleton Pendleton is on the western region of Amestris. It is a city constantly being attacked by Creta.

Creta Creta borders Amestris to the west along with Aerugo. Amestris and Creta are not on good terms and often had disputes that end in blood shed. The closest Amestris city to this fellow nation is Pendleton.

Aerugo Aerugo is to the south of Amestris and Amestris isn't on the best of terms with them either. Aerugo and Amestris are always getting in border skirmishes and Aerugo is also said to have smuggled weaponry into Ishbal during the rebellion. Of course, they deny it.
